At our small group fitness classes, you'll receive coaching from a licensed trainer, personalized feedback to promote safety and results and a friendly, supportive atmosphere.

Classes are appropriate for all levels and provide the accountability you need to stick to your fitness program.

Full Body Strength

Increase strength and build muscle through weight-bearing and resistance exercises. Optimize your metabolism to create a stronger, leaner and more balanced body. All major muscle groups are worked using dumbbells, resistance bands and body-weight exercises.

Thursday 5:30 AM, 7 AM and 5:30 PM

Strength and Tone

Strength and Tone is a higher volume, low resistance workout with short rest intervals and is geared primarily at improving muscle tone and cardiovascular fitness. This class combines mobility and core work with short spurts of cardiovascular and muscle strengthening movements. Several options are taught for all exercises accommodating all fitness levels and ensuring everyone leaves the workout feeling successful.

20/20/20 (Mobility, Strength & Core)

Three workouts in one! Start with 20 minutes of mobility work addressing limited ranges of motion as well as muscle imbalances. Next move into 20 minutes of strength training and end with 20 minutes of light cardio and core work. This class is designed for all fitness levels and will give you the ultimate total body workout.

Friday 10 AM

Mat Pilates

This Pilates class is designed to give you a full body workout that creates long, lean muscles. All the exercises are performed on a mat on the floor and may include optional small props, such as light hand weights and resistance bands. Traditional Pilates exercises will be taught as well as some upper body toning exercises and a sprinkling of yoga. This 60 minute class is for all body types and fitness levels.

Wednesday 5:30 PM

 

All-Levels Vinyasa Yoga

Gentle 60 minute Vinyasa based practice that focuses on breath, form and stretching. This class will increase strength and flexibility, improve cardiovascular and respiratory health and develop mindfulness. All levels are welcome!

Monday 5:30 PM, Wednesday 10AM and Saturday 8 AM

Restorative Reiki Yoga

This unique 60-minute yoga class will open you to ultimate relaxation by blending restorative yoga poses and healing Reiki energy from JeKa’s Reiki Master, Donna Russo.

Restorative yoga utilizes props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks to completely support the body in poses that are held for longer periods of time. This helps to release physical tension, reduces stress and promotes a rest response.

Reiki will be given individually while resting in these poses. Reiki is a healing modality that focuses on transferring an ancient life-force energy and is known to ease discomfort and pain.

This class will balance the nervous system, strengthen the immune system, release muscular pain and tension, promote emotional healing and improve digestion and sleep.

Friday 4:30 PM

 

Guided Meditation

This weekly 60-minute session will include 45-minutes of guided meditation led by JeKa's Reiki Master & Yoga Instructor Donna Russo, followed by an optional 15-minutes of discussion, stretching, and herbal tea. Drift into a state of deep healing with meditations for stress & anxiety relief, pain management, and sleep while receiving Reiki and being lulled into relaxation by peaceful sound instruments. We recommend bringing a yoga mat and anything you like to get cozy with, such as extra blankets and cushions.

A 60-minute one-on-one training session tailored to your individual goals and schedule. Build strength, endurance and mobility while improving functional movement to prevent pain and injury often caused by the habits of our daily lives.
