FREE FALL Fitness Sampler
FREE Fall Fitness Sampler! Back by popular demand AND just in time to help you stay active when the kids go back to school! Join us in the JeKa fitness studio on Monday September 18th at 6:45 PM to dip your toe in the water of JeKa's fitness classes. During this 60-minute sampler, we will teach 15 minutes each of pilates, full body strength, strength and tone and yoga. Whether you are new to fitness, just returning, or a veteran, this class is for you. We will offer modified versions of all movements so each workout can be customized to your fitness level. Come meet our instructors and learn more about how JeKa can help you make fitness a priority this fall!

THE SEX ED CLASS YOU WISH YOU HAD
Times have changed and so have you. What you learned about sex in high school isn’t so useful anymore. You’re older now and more experienced. Maybe you have kids or maybe you don’t. Sex doesn’t have to be nonexistent, stale, or lacking in pleasure. This class will also go into how to talk with your kids about sex. Join mental health and sex therapist, Candice Corrao, for refreshments while engaging in and learning about the Sex Ed. class you wish you had in High School! Limited space available, sign up today!

Learn to manage your stress through the holiday season with self-care techniques including yoga, essential oils, Reiki and mindfulness.

If you want the optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training THIS IS IT! Add Full Body Fusion and Strength and Core to your week for the perfect summer routine. The challenging mix of lunges, squats, hi/lo cardio movements, weights and tubing exercises will help you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level. You'll leave filled with energy and on track for all-around healthy living. Session begins on July 6th and runs for 9 weeks on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 6-6:45 AM.
