Be Seen. Be Heard. Belong.
We’re excited to welcome Rachel Leveilee and Robyn Ivy to to facilitate a monthly Women’s Circle at JeKa! Circles offer us a powerful opportunity to gather in a safe and sacred way, to be seen and heard. As we share, we connect with the mysteries and beauty within each of us, tethering each person together in a profound way.
Creating a circle together, in person, satisfies our craving for togetherness. Our spontaneous and authentic connection to other women helps us feel how much we matter. It is a buoy for our mental and emotional wellbeing, individually and collectively.
Connection helps us feel secure and supported, while offering a freedom to expand into a fuller version of ourselves. It gives us a sense of purpose. It inspires us. Ultimately, connection reminds us of the person we truly are before others tell us who we are supposed to be.
What to expect
Generally, we begin with a short opening ritual, which may include meditation, breathing practices, light movement (no yoga clothes necessary), journaling, or something else entirely! Then, we share: Individually. When each person is ready. For a short time. Without comment, reflection, or judgment. We witness the humanity in others and acknowledge our sameness. Then, we close the circle with another ritual.
Please bring a notebook/journal, as sometimes writing is incorporated.
Circles will be held the 2nd Wednesday of every month from 7-9 PM in the JeKa Fitness Studio; Cost $39
